Transport for NSW is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager for the Rail Operations Network Operations team in Sydney. The role will manage day-of-operations, oversee ROC Control Room Floor leaders, and ensure proactive intervention for efficient train decisions and incident management across branches.

Applicants should hold Network Controller Certification or be able to obtain it within 12 months, and similarly pursue AIIMS Controller certification if needed. This role is onsite in Sydney.

Formación

• Network Controller Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• AIIMS Controller or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-of-operations management and leadership to ROC Control Room Floor leaders and staff.
• Accountable for day-of-operations management of the network through continuous monitoring and proactive intervention.
• Authorize significant alternative train plans to support network recovery.
• Lead approval of track possessions and support broader operational coordination.
