SMEC in Sydney is offering a two-year Graduate Development Program for a recent Civil Engineering graduate to join the Rail & Metro team in North Sydney. You will work on major rail and metro infrastructure projects alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D (12D advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Support design development, including drawings, models and technical documentation.
• Assist with engineering calculations and analysis for roads, drainage or structures.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to understand on-site implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design inputs and milestones.
• Learn and apply industry standards and best practices through development activities.
