Job summary

UGL Transport in NSW is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner to join the NSW Passenger Maintenance team, reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager. You will develop maintenance schedules and coordinate resources to support safety, reliability and availability of passenger rail fleets.

Whether you're an experienced Maintenance Planner or bring transferable planning, scheduling, coordination or asset management experience, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of asset management and logistics.
• Experience using SAP or other planning systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating maintenance schedules.
• Ensuring materials, equipment and resources are available when required.
• Supporting fleet reliability, performance and availability outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with operational and procurement teams.
• Monitoring maintenance activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing reports and analysing maintenance performance metrics.
