Job summary

UGL Transport in NSW is seeking a highly organized Maintenance Planner to join the NSW Passenger Maintenance team, reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager. You will develop maintenance schedules and coordinate resources to support safety, reliability and availability of passenger rail fleets.

Whether you're an experienced Maintenance Planner or bring transferable planning, scheduling, coordination or asset management experience, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of asset management and logistics.
• Experience using SAP or other planning systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Developing and coordinating maintenance schedules.

Reporting to the Planning & Procurement Manager, you'll play a critical role in coordinating maintenance activities that support the safety, reliability and availability of passenger rail fleets across New South Wales. Working closely with maintenance teams, procurement specialists and operational stakeholders, you'll develop maintenance schedules, coordinate resources and drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to successful operational outcomes.
