Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd – Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a QS/Contracts Administrator with 3–6 years of contractor-side experience to manage commercial aspects of civil, station, rail and systems packages.

Experience with head-contract and subcontract administration is valued, along with knowledge of Queensland payment regimes. Australian experience preferred; relocation packages available.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' contractor-side commercial experience.
• Rail or live-asset exposure is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration.
• Understanding of security-of-payment requirements in Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procurement documentation and commercial comparisons for civil, station, rail and systems packages.
• Administer subcontracts, payment claims, variations, notices and extensions of time.
• Measure work completed during possessions and short access windows.
• Maintain registers for change, latent conditions, access impacts and directions.
• Support forecasting, cost-to-complete reviews and final-account close-out.
