Indigenous Business Growth (IBG) in Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a QS/Contracts Administrator to provide package-level quantity surveying and contract administration for live rail assets.

Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years contractor-side experience, a related degree and knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration. Relocation packages are on offer and Australian experience is required.

A major transport infrastructure project (valued at more than $1 billion) is underway across South East Queensland, delivering complex rail, station and civil works. Having won numerous major projects in Queensland in the past 12 months, the head contractor is seeking a QS / Contracts Administrator to provide package-level quantity surveying and contract administration for works delivered around live transport assets.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years' contractor-side commercial experience; rail or live-asset exposure highly regarded
• Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration in a delivery environment
• Working knowledge of Queensland security-of-payment requirements
