Job summary

Infrastructure Business Growth Pty Ltd in Maroochydore, QLD, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator to lead commercial administration of major infrastructure packages, advise on entitlement, risk, forecast and negotiation strategy, and drive procurement for high‑value projects.

The role requires 8+ years of contractor‑side experience on major infrastructure, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of head‑contract and subcontract administration in a delivery environment.

Qualifications

8+ years contractor-side commercial experience on major infrastructure.
Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, law, engineering or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of head-contract and subcontract administration.
Working knowledge of Queensland security-of-payment requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contract formation for major packages.
Administer complex variation, delay, disruption, and latent-condition matters.
Review cost-to-complete, cash flow, contingency and claims exposure.
Lead negotiation of subcontractor claims and final accounts.
