Qube in Bowmans, SA is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer / Assessor to develop, mentor and assess locomotive drivers, maintaining rail safety, compliance and training standards across operations.

The role involves delivering training, coaching and competency assessments, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement of training programs. Travel to multiple locations may be required as part of workforce capability development.

Qualificações

• Has completed TLI42615 Certificate IV in Train Driving or equivalent.
• Demonstrated competency and experience as a Qualified Locomotive Driver.
• Strong understanding of rail safety legislation and competency management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training, coaching and competency assessments for locomotive drivers and trainees.
• Mentor employees to develop operational, technical and safety capabilities.
• Conduct driver assessments and ensure compliance with rail safety requirements.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of training programs and assessment frameworks.
• Provide feedback, performance reviews and development plans for employees.
• Promote a strong safety culture and comply with Safety Management System requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in workforce development activities.
• Monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities and support best practices.
