Arc Infrastructure in Perth Airport is seeking a proactive Commercial & Contracts professional to lead end-to-end management of a broad range of agreements and access requests within the rail corridor. You will work across operational, legal, regulatory and safety requirements, collaborating with government bodies, internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver compliant, commercially sound outcomes.

Strong drafting, negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, with a focus

Qualifications

• You will have either a law degree or commerce degree with contract drafting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
• Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Managing third-party requests for access to the rail corridor.
• Drafting, coordinating, negotiating, and administering agreements.
• Liaising with government bodies, local authorities, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinating contract approvals and maintaining contract records.
• Supporting billing and commercial administration activities.
• Working closely with internal operational, legal, risk, engineering, finance, and project teams.
• Responding to land ownership and property rights enquiries.
• Supporting the delivery of safe, commercially sound and compliant outcomes.
