Aurizon Network is seeking a commercially minded professional to support the commercial and contractual arrangements underpinning access to Central Queensland's rail network. You will manage customer access agreements, commercial enquiries, contract administration and stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of customers, working with finance, legal, operations and pricing teams to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a commercial, contract management, advisory, legal, finance or related role.
• Strong commercial and financial literacy.
• Good written communication and document drafting skills.
• Experience interpreting, managing or negotiating contractual arrangements.
• The ability to analyse information, identify issues and develop recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial and contractual relationship for a portfolio of rail access customers.
• Draft (with legal assistance), review and administer customer agreements, contractual notices and commercial correspondence.
• Assess customer proposals and enquiries, identifying contractual, commercial and operational implications.
• Coordinate infrastructure access, project and capacity-related enquiries across the business.
• Support the negotiation and implementation of contractual amendments and other commercial arrangements.
• Develop a detailed understanding of customer contracts, network operations and regulatory obligations.
• Work with finance, legal, engineering, operations and pricing teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience within existing frameworks.
• Communicate customer requirements, issues and emerging risks across Aurizon Network.
