Aurizon is seeking a Civil Supervisor based at Moranbah depot to lead a team of track workers and road patrollers in daily maintenance operations. You will organize crewing, resourcing and provide frontline leadership to ensure on-time performance and safety standards.

This role requires proven frontline leadership in heavy industry, exposure to rail or rolling stock is preferred, and a strong safety focus with the ability to drive continuous improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• High level troubleshooting and fault rectification on rail infrastructure.
• Monitoring and implementing service delivery plans to hit targets.
• Managing and prioritising work schedules across operations areas.
• Strong technical competence for frontline maintenance tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multi-disciplinary track maintenance team and road patrollers.
• Plan crewing, resources, and frontline leadership duties to meet daily targets.
• Review leave, manage performance, and conduct risk assessments with JSA.
• Provide coaching to direct reports to drive performance and continuous improvement.
