Job summary

Aurizon in Queensland is hiring a permanent full-time Track Worker for our Civil Production team in Gracemere/Sarina. You will perform track maintenance, report on work, and support skilled trades while travelling across Queensland. No rail experience?

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate II Rail Infrastructure or able to obtain.
• HC Licence preferred.
• Welding ticket preferred.
• Excavator & Loader ticket preferred.
• Rail industry experience preferred.
• Able to work away from home on a variable roster.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and contribute to safety and environmental performance targets through active participation in safe working behaviours.
• Undertake infrastructure track maintenance to specified plans.
• Report on actual work performed against the scheduled work program.
