Job summary

Lake Imaging, part of the Integral Diagnostics group, is seeking a full-time Radiographer to join our Ballarat team. This role spans hospital and clinic settings across multiple sites, delivering expert imaging with a strong focus on patient experience.

Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging, be AHPRA registered, and bring CT experience; MRI or mammography will be favored. Siemens and Shimadzu equipment experience is advantageous, with a commitment to ongoing

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging examinations in accordance with Lake Imaging protocols and clinical standards.
• Work efficiently within a busy multi-site environment, adapting quickly to workflow demands and using RIS/PACS systems effectively.
• Maintain strict compliance with radiation safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical colleagues to support imaging procedures, including sterile and interventional techniques where required.
• Contribute positively to a large, fast-paced hospital department supported by state-of-the-art equipment and contemporary imaging practices.
• Deliver exceptional patient care through clear communication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

About The Role

Founded in 2002, Lake Imaging has grown to become a leading diagnostic radiology and medical imaging provider across central and western Victoria, with 19 clinics serving communities in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool. As part of the Integral Diagnostics network, Lake Imaging delivers a comprehensive range of imaging services to St John of God hospitals, community clinics, and specialist centres.

Lake Imaging is seeking a full-time Radiographer (Medical Imaging Technologist) to join our technical team in Ballarat. This is an excellent opportunity to work across both private hospital and clinic settings, providing high-quality care to the local community while building experience across a broad range of advanced imaging modalities. This role offers a mix of hospital- and clinic-based practice across multiple sites, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding patient experience.

About You
