Job summary

Lake Imaging in Geelong is seeking a full-time Radiographer – Medical Imaging Technologist to join the technical team. The role covers general X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and interventional radiology, with opportunities across ED, theatre, and catheterisation laboratory.

You will hold a Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging (or equivalent), be registered with APHRA, and bring a patient-focused approach while continuing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Imaging or equivalent.
• Current APHRA registration.
• CT exposure beneficial; MRI exposure advantageous.
• Willingness to engage in further education and professional development programs.
• Experience with Siemens and GE equipment preferred.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiography across X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and interventional radiology.
• Work in ED, theatre, and catheterisation laboratory settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality imaging services.
• Contribute to patient care and safety standards.
