The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to coordinate workflows for licensing and registrations under the Radiation Protection & Control Act 2021. You will manage examination processes, determine licence eligibility, and support policy development while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Success requires strong leadership, the ability to interpret regulations, and the capacity to work independently within timeframes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary studies in business and/or environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement new administrative systems and procedures.
• Proven ability to identify issues and implement changes to policies for efficiency and better service.
• Ability to recognise and contribute to training needs of team members.
• Experience interpreting and applying legislation and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate workflows for licensing and registration administration.
• Assess and determine eligibility of radiation licence and registration applications.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of licensee records and branch files.
• Prepare and analyse management reports and written correspondence.
• Provide input into policy development and process improvements.
