Job summary

Aptella Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Territory Account Manager – Survey to grow the Survey business across Queensland. You will manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities, recommending hardware, software and workflow solutions.

Work with Aptella’s technical and professional services teams to support demonstrations, proposals and successful customer outcomes. Travel across Queensland as required and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory sales, account management, business development or technical sales.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Confidence presenting and demonstrating technical solutions.
• Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to generating new business.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence managing a sales pipeline and CRM.
• Willingness to travel across Queensland.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and develop new business opportunities across Queensland.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide technical and commercial advice.
• Present and demonstrate Aptella’s Survey solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial discussion through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Develop leads through customer visits, networking and industry events.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with technical and professional services teams to support customers.
