ONCALL Language Services in Brisbane seeks a dynamic State Manager to lead Queensland. You will own commercial growth, strengthen senior-level client relationships and inspire a local team to exceed targets.

The role is highly visible, requiring strategic thinking, relationship building and practical execution to turn opportunities into results. You'll engage healthcare, government and commercial clients, shape strategic plans, pursue tenders and drive innovation across interpreting, translation

Responsibilities

Drive business growth: Identify new markets, develop creative business development strategies and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
Build meaningful relationships: Engage with senior executives and decision-makers across healthcare, government, justice and commercial sectors.
Lead an established business: Take ownership of Queensland's commercial performance, building on existing success while identifying new opportunities.
Champion innovation: Introduce clients to ONCALL's expanding range of technology-enabled interpreting, translation and accessibility solutions.
Be the face of ONCALL in Queensland : Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities and client meetings.
Support and inspire people: Work closely with our local team, interpreter workforce and national colleagues to create a positive, collaborative and high-performing environment.
Deliver commercial results: Take accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and long-term business performance.
Shape our future: Contribute to strategic planning, tender opportunities and initiatives that support our national growth ambitions.
