Qualifications

• Experience operating quarry mobile plant is essential.
• HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.
• Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Operate quarry mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.
• Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, incident reporting.
