Job summary

Boral is seeking a Plant Operator for Hall Quarry to ensure safe operation of mobile and fixed plant equipment. You will operate front-end loaders and crushing plants, perform basic maintenance, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a safety-focused, self-motivated team player who can work Monday to Saturday, with mentoring and stable permanent employment on offer.

Qualifications

• Quarry experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and quarry mobile plant safely.
• Operate fixed and mobile crushing plant.
• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping of the plant.
