Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform detailed material take-offs, determine quantities and part lists for client tenders and demands, and provide expert contractual guidance.

You will drive tender success, manage budgets, and coordinate with Project Managers and clients to resolve design and constructability issues while promoting a strong safety culture and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5–10 years in quantity surveying for civil contracting.
• Experience with 12D, Civil CAD or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of OH&S and employee relations legislation.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive tender success with detailed take-offs and quantity determinations.
• Examine complex contracts, draft conditions, and advise on forms and claims.
• Oversee budgets, methods, and variances to optimise plant and labour use.
• Advise on procurement strategies and cost-management improvements.
• Liaise with Project Managers and clients to resolve design/constructability issues.
• Promote safety initiatives and identify OH&S hazards.
• Lead, coach, and manage team members and drive accountability.
