Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team in Australia. You will contribute to quantity surveying services, assist senior staff, and help deliver value to clients through cost planning, budgets and commercial analysis.

You will engage in tender analysis, procurement management, and post-contract activities while supporting junior team members and maintaining Currie & Brown's values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a construction related discipline or higher diploma/associate degree with experience.
• Solid cost estimation and project budgeting capabilities.
• Experience with CostX and BIM tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in delivering quantity surveying services to clients.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and valuations for projects.
• Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration tasks.
• Attend client meetings and site visits to provide advisory services.
• Coach junior team members and share knowledge when appropriate.
