Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in North Sydney, NSW. You will take off materials, calculate quantities, and prepare part lists for client tenders.

You’ll review contracts, draft conditions to reduce risk, and advise on claims, variations, and procurement strategies. The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying (or related) and 5–10 years of civil contracting experience, with proficiency in 12D, Civil CAD, or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in civil contracting work.
• Proficiency in 12D, Civil CAD or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Drive tender success by detailed material take-offs and quantity determination.
• Examine contract documents, draft conditions, advise on forms and variations.
• Contribute to budgets and supervise methods for efficient plant/labour use.
• Advise on procurement strategies and cost management improvements.
• Liaise with Project Managers/clients to resolve design and constructability issues.
• Promote OH&S and environmental safety; lead and develop team members.
