Resources Group in Sydney is seeking a seasoned Quantitative Director to lead a growing insights team and shape client engagements with advanced analytics. You will steer quantitative strategy, contribute to business growth, and stay hands-on with analytics.

Collaborating with the Sydney MD, you’ll serve as 2IC to the national Head of Quant, mentor talent across methodologies, and bring strong commercial sense to every client engagement while helping to define the agency’s future direction.

Qualifications

• Seasoned quantitative strategist with deep, hands-on expertise in quantitative methodologies and client consulting.
• Experience in a leadership role within a strategic insights agency.
• Broad experience across methodologies, sectors and business challenges.
• Passion for developing people and building capability.
• Ambition to help shape the future of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued growth of the Sydney quantitative insights team.
• Go to market on all things quant in collaboration with the Sydney MD.
• Act as 2IC to the national Head of Quant and mentor staff.
• Form strong client relationships and deliver high-impact quantitative thinking.
• Contribute to strategic planning, new business growth and commercial outcomes.
• Remain hands-on with quantitative research and client engagements.
