Reporting to an Agency Partner, this is a senior role within the top performing, Sydney client servicing team. Staying hands-on with research projects, team leadership, client ownership and consultancy, this role is well suited to a quant focused, senior Associate Director ready to explore their next career chapter.

The Role

• Leading a top performing team and helping them grow both their people skills and technical capabilities
• Taking care of retained clients and helping build relationships with new accounts
• Designing research studies and solutions that clearly deliver on client objectives
• Delivering presentations and pitches with impact

The Person

• A strong track record in insights consulting, with a quantitative focus and demonstrable ability to work across multi-dimensional client projects
• Skilled at unpicking a client brief and knowing how to deliver outstanding work at the finish line
• The ability to combine the art and science of data analytics with compelling storytelling
• Someone who enjoys teaching and helping others develop their core consulting skills
