Resources Group is a leading Australian insights consultancy seeking a quant-focused analyst. You will deliver statistical analyses, advanced modelling and data visualisation for a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to consulting teams.

The role involves autonomous project management, exposure to BI dashboards, and collaboration with clients in an agile environment across marketing sciences and customer strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, working with survey data to understand human insights.
• Strong quantitative methods and statistical analysis skills.
• Competent user of SPSS/Q.
• Knowledge of R, Python or Sawtooth ideal.
• Exposure to BI/dashboarding tools like Tableau and Displayr.

Responsibilities

• Manage analytical delivery across a portfolio of accounts.
• Deliver complex statistical analysis, advanced modelling and data visualisation.
• Drive analysis techniques including driver analysis, regression, segmentation and choice modelling.
• Manage multiple projects autonomously within agile consulting teams.
