Job summary

Ampcontrol is seeking a Quality Coordinator to ensure quality systems, processes and governance are applied consistently and improved to serve customers. You will partner with operational leaders to support customer and internal quality concerns and strengthen quality capability across the business.

Qualifications

• Detail‑oriented and people‑centric with experience in quality systems governance.
• Experience in regulated environments or manufacturing.
• Experience supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Quality Management Systems ensuring alignment with corporate, legislative and certification requirements.
• Coordinate and manage certifications including surveillance and recertification activities.
• Support system governance, document control and process improvements.
• Facilitate responses to customer and internal quality concerns, manage investigations and CAPAs.
• Work with leaders to drive quality compliance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal and assist with external audits, tracking actions to closure.
• Build relationships across the business to influence outcomes.
