Quality, compliance and continuous improvement are at the heart of great service delivery. As a Quality & Service Improvement Specialist, you’ll work alongside operational teams to strengthen quality systems, support accreditation readiness and turn insights into meaningful improvements across our services.
This is a hands‑on specialist role where you’ll partner closely with service teams to understand what’s working, identify opportunities for improvement and support practical solutions that strengthen the quality and consistency of service delivery.
You’ll bring experience in quality, compliance, assurance or continuous improvement, ideally within a regulated or complex service environment.
You’ll be confident working with operational teams, using data and evidence to identify improvement opportunities and turning findings into practical actions. You’ll also bring strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across different areas of the organisation.
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who can balance quality and compliance with practical service delivery — helping teams understand not just what needs to change, but how to make it happen.
Uniting is a purpose‑led organisation committed to inspiring people, enlivening communities and confronting injustice. We work across a broad range of services and communities throughout NSW and the ACT, and our people are at the centre of the difference we make.
