As part of the Organisational Enablement team, you'll partner with leaders and teams to deliver initiatives that support engagement, culture and capability, using evidence, data and best practice to create meaningful outcomes aligned to Uniting's strategy.
This is a hands-on four-month contract, starting ASAP. We're looking for someone with the experience and confidence to step in from day one, hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution.
This is a fixed-term opportunity with the potential for extension, subject to organisational requirements.
