Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Quality and Risk Business Partner to support safe, high‑quality care across our residential aged care homes. You will audit, investigate and analyse risks, partnering with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with ACQSC and NDIS standards.

This is an impactful governance role across multiple sites, helping us deliver person‑centred, compliant and sustainable care while mirroring Bolton Clarke's values.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Clinical governance experience in aged care or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigation skills.
• Experience conducting audits, incident reviews or quality assessments.
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities.
• Sound understanding of Aged Care standards, legislation and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risks.
• Identify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and safety outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders and home teams to build capability in clinical governance and compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of Plans for Continuous Improvement.
• Monitor risk indicators and identify emerging risks across services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive reviews.
• Provide support during ACQSC and NDIS audits, including on-site or remote assistance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards and quality frameworks.
