Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Quality and Risk Business Partner to support the delivery of safe, high‑quality care across our residential aged care homes. Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will audit, investigate, analyze and report risks, partnering with clinical teams to strengthen compliance with the Quality Management System and ACQSC/NDIS standards.

This role will contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical governance within aged care or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and investigation skills.
• Experience conducting audits, incident reviews or quality assessments.
• Highly developed communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement capability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risks.
• Identify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and safety outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders and home teams to build capability in clinical governance and compliance.
• Support the development and implementation of Plans for Continuous Improvement.
• Monitor risk indicators and identify emerging risks across services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive reviews.
• Provide support during ACQSC and NDIS audits, including on-site or remote assistance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards and quality frameworks.
