Job summary

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities is seeking a Quality and Risk Business Partner to support safe, high‑quality care across our residential aged care homes in NSW. Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will audit, investigate, analyze and report risks to drive continuous improvement and strengthen compliance with ACQSC and NDIS standards.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Experience in clinical governance within aged care or similar regulated env.
Experience conducting audits, incident reviews or quality assessments.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to translate insights into practical improvement actions.
Sound understanding of aged care standards and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Conduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risks.
Identify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and safety outcomes.
Partner with operational leaders to build capability in governance and compliance.
Support development and implementation of Plans for Continuous Improvement.
Monitor risk indicators and identify emerging risks across services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for comprehensive reviews.
Provide support during ACQSC and NDIS audits, including on-site or remote assistance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards and quality frameworks.
