Job summary

PM Aged Care in Bald Hills (Brisbane area) seeks an experienced Quality Officer three days per week to drive quality, compliance, governance and resident outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring care is evidence-based and responsive to individual needs.

You will lead accreditation processes, review policies, analyse quality indicators, and coordinate corrective actions to enhance safety and satisfaction for residents.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Nursing, Health, Quality or related field.
• Current Police Check.
• Experience in aged care quality, compliance or clinical governance.
• Strong knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Strong understanding of risk management and continuous improvement systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyse data and drive improvements.
• Commitment to person-centred and culturally safe care.
• Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Office.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Officer 3 days a week (part time or casual) to develop quality, compliance, governance and resident outcomes.

About you
