Downer Group in Maryborough is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all quality functions at the Maryborough Service Delivery Centre. You will ensure projects meet safety, performance, and compliance requirements, and champion continuous improvement.
You will manage QA/QC processes, drive the Quality Management System and collaborate with engineering, procurement and production to sustain a high-performance quality culture across the site.

We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting directly to the GM of Projects & Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard.
You will lead all Quality functions within the facility, ensuring that products meet the requirements across safety, performance and compliance. You will champion continuous improvement and lead the Site Audit Program, complimenting and driving our high-performance culture.
