Job summary

Downer Maryborough Service Delivery Centre is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function, ensure projects meet safety, performance and compliance standards, and champion continuous improvement. You will oversee QA/QC processes, manage the QMS and collaborate with engineering, procurement and production.

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in a Quality management role.
• Six Sigma or lean manufacturing qualification advantageous.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Ideally rail, automotive or similar).
• Sound knowledge of quality management systems, processes and controls.
• Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams and across functions.

Help drive our high-performance culture and own a robust Quality Management function within our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre

We have a rare opportunity available for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre on the Fraser Coast. Reporting directly to the GM of Projects & Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed to a high standard. You will lead all Quality functions within the facility, ensuring that products meet the requirements across safety, performance and compliance. You will champion continuous improvement and lead the Site Audit Program, complimenting and driving our high-performance culture.

Some accountabilities will include:

This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre.

About You:
