Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is hiring a Quality Engineering Manager to lead the Quality Engineering team and shape our testing strategy. You will drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled testing practices while partnering with engineering, product and operations to ensure high-quality payment experiences across the platform.

The role emphasizes hands-on guidance, end-to-end delivery, and embedding quality throughout the delivery lifecycle while maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience as a Senior or Lead Quality Engineer or equivalent.
• ,
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Payments or financial technology experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Quality Engineers, building a collaborative, accountable culture.
• Set and drive AP+'s Quality Engineering strategy to align with product objectives.
• Oversee testing design, execution and analysis across levels and types.
