Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a Quality Engineer for our new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide. You will design, automate, and execute testing strategies to deliver high-quality digital experiences and robust software reliability across services.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to implement end-to-end test coverage, data validation, and integration testing. You will drive improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies with AWS and modern CI/CD

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience with hands-on automation testing across service integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with BDD, CI, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Ability to define and execute test strategies for end-to-end user journeys, data flows, and system integrations.
• Ability to implement automated test scripts for service integrations with focus on efficiency and repeatability.
