Job summary

Bupa Kempsey is seeking a Quality & Education Manager to lead quality care and education across the Home. You will drive clinical governance, coaching, and continuous improvement while ensuring the integrity of documentation and compliance with standards.

You will mentor the leadership team, coordinate audits, and support the PCI program. A senior nursing background and teaching qualifications will enable you to foster staff development and resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA registration is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable.
• Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality focused leadership and coaching.
• Guide documentation to ensure care and services meet expected outcomes.
• Develop team knowledge on Aged Care Quality Standards and scope of practice.
• Identify learning needs and create competency development plans.
• Maintain PCI and lead monthly reviews with GM/ CCMs.
