Job summary

Bupa Aged Care in Greenacre, NSW, is seeking a Quality and Education Manager to lead clinical quality improvement and education across the care home. You will coach, mentor and empower the team to deliver compassionate, compliant, and resident-centred care.

You’ll drive the PCI and National Quality Indicator program with the leadership team, ensure timely audits, maintain documentation, and support staff development through training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training & Assessment desirable.
• Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching in documentation and care delivery.
• Develop team knowledge on Aged Care Quality Standards and practice scope.
• Maintain PCI and drive improvement initiatives with leadership input.
• Ensure timely Government NQIP data submission and analysis with action plans.
• Coordinate monthly care home audits within the Operations Essential program.
• Oversee high-quality clinical care including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records in line with policy, legislation and privacy.
