Bupa Kempsey invites applications for a Quality and Education Manager to lead clinical governance, quality improvement and staff development within our Kempsey home. You will partner with the General Manager to mentor teams and drive outcomes aligned to aged care standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, documentation, and ensuring high-quality resident care, with opportunities for career development, training, and involvement in PCI and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care desirable.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) desirable.
• Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching.
• Guide documentation to meet care outcome standards.
• Develop team knowledge on Aged Care Quality Standards and practice scope.
• Identify learning needs and create competency development plans.
• Ensure readiness and currency of required compliance processes.
• Collaborate with GM/ CCMs to review PCI progress and improvements.
• Ensure timely submission and analysis of National Quality Indicator data.
• Coordinate monthly audits and drive continuous improvement.
