Job summary

Allshelter in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a technically minded graduate with fabrication, manufacturing or quality experience to join our team. You’ll review drawings and QC documentation, check products against designs, identify non-conformances and maintain traceable quality records, while collaborating with Operations and our fabrication partners.

You’ll be organized, detail‑oriented and ready to take ownership, with strong communication to speak up when something isn’t right.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, quality, engineering or a similar technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical or fabrication drawings.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering and fabrication drawings and QC documentation.
• Check products and documentation against required designs and specifications.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information and non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate, traceable quality records.
• Carry out visual inspections of fabricated components and welds.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and fabrication partners to resolve issues.
• Delegate activities and provide clear direction to team members when required.
• Help improve the way we manage quality and documentation.
