CSBP Fertilisers is seeking a Quality Control Assistant to uphold quality standards in our state-of-the-art, high-throughput laboratory in Bibra Lake, WA. You will support the Quality Control function during seasonal peaks and conduct soil and plant analyses when not in peak periods.

You will review results, troubleshoot quality issues, liaise with customer service on sample status, and help maintain quality control standards aligned with ISO 17025.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques.
• Experience working in a wet chemistry laboratory.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence reviewing laboratory results.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Experience using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and strong Excel skills.

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to uphold quality standards in line with the Lab’s Quality Management System and to assist in delivering excellent customer service in our state of the art, high throughput laboratory.

During our seasonal peaks, you’ll support the Quality Control function to ensure laboratory results meet our established quality standards. Outside of peak periods, you’ll work hands-on in the laboratory conducting soil and plant analysis.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Review laboratory results in line with established procedures

About You

To be successful in the role you will bring:
