Job summary

Holstep Health is seeking a Quality Officer – Compliance and Accreditation to support accreditation, risk management and continuous improvement across the organisation. You will help coordinate audits, maintain evidence, and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Working with the Manager, Quality & Risk, you will monitor compliance, analyse trends, and assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or experience in quality management, public health, allied health or project management.
• Knowledge of contemporary quality and risk principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of accreditation processes and lead regular audits of clinical and operational activities.
• Oversee quality improvement activities and conduct gap analyses against accreditation standards.
• Manage documentation and evidence for self-assessment, compliance and accreditation.
• Act as the administrator for the compliance database and generate regular compliance reports.
• Identify legislative changes impacting the business and escalate to the Manager, Quality & Risk.
