Civic Disability Services is seeking a passionate and collaborative Quality & Compliance Advisor to join our Quality, Risk & Compliance Team.
This is not a role where quality and compliance are managed from behind a desk. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting out into our services, working alongside operational teams and helping turn quality requirements into practical, everyday practice.
You will play an important role in helping Civic remain audit-ready, strengthening compliance across our services and identifying opportunities to continuously improve the quality and safety of the services we provide.
Reporting to the General Manager and working in partnership with Civic's service streams and corporate teams, you will provide hands‑on quality and compliance support across the organisation.
Success in this role will come through your ability:
You are a practical and collaborative quality professional who understands that great quality outcomes are achieved by working with people, not simply checking whether requirements have been met.
You enjoy getting into the detail, asking the right questions and helping teams find workable solutions. You are comfortable moving between audits, compliance requirements, data and reporting, while also building trusted relationships with operational leaders and frontline teams.
You will ideally bring:
Our vision of Human Potential, Realised is about striving to create a society where people have the opportunity to achieve their goals and participate as a valued member of the community. At Civic, you will have the opportunity to realise your potential by unleashing your talent and passion for social impact to change lives.
Our people are at the forefront of what we do and as such, are provided access to continuous learning, are supported in working to their strengths and are encouraged to stretch and continue to develop in their careers.
We embrace when our employees are courageous and have new ideas about how we can do things differently that enhance both employees and clients’ lives.
Not only do we offer flexible working, not‑for‑profit salary packaging, access to discounted private health insurance and Fitness Passport, an employee assistance program and an onsite café at Head Office but, we have a professional, family‑friendly culture where everyone belongs.
Successful applicants will be required to complete identity, police and qualification checks, and hold current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check clearances.
