Job summary

InfoTrack is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer in Sydney to ensure software quality and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify issues before release, and shape testing strategies across functional, non-functional, and AI-enabled behaviors.

You will own test coverage for E2E, API, and AI evaluation, write robust API tests, and contribute to automation frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with E2E, API, and exploratory testing across web applications.
• Experience authoring automated tests in a modern framework using fixture-based, test-isolated patterns.
• Experience troubleshooting test failures and performing root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design test coverage across deterministic and non-deterministic layers for E2E, API, and AI evaluation.
• Define testing strategies across functional, non-functional, and AI-based behaviours.
• Write API and contract test cases for service integrations and error handling.
• Extend automation frameworks with reusable fixtures and helpers.
• Run evaluation passes on AI-generated test outputs with human judgment.
