We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse tojoin our leadership team as a Quality and Education Lead. In this role,you'll work alongside our Leadership, Clinical and Residential Care teams to strengthenquality, compliance, continuous improvement, and workforce capability soresidents feel heard, known, valued and cared for as their needs change.

About the Role
- Work with the leadership team to foster a culture ofquality, accountability, learning and continuous improvement across the Home.
- Coordinate and undertake audits, compliance reviews and quality assuranceactivities to support exceptional resident outcomes.
- Identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities through quality indicators,feedback, incident reviews and data analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance resident care, servicedelivery and operational performance.
- Coordinate and deliver orientation, mandatory learning, clinical educationand role-specific capability development programs.
- Coach and support leaders and team members to reinforce learning, buildconfidence and promote best practice.
- Support compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, Strengthened Aged CareQuality Standards and Fresh Hope Communities' clinical governance framework.
- Prepare meaningful reports and maintain accurate records relating toeducation, quality, compliance and improvement activities.
- Partner with clinical, quality and capability teams to translate insightsinto action and sustainable improvements.
- Foster a culture where learning, professional growth and evidence-basedpractice are part of everyday work.
The Essentials
An enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse withcurrent AHPRA registration, you will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience in aged care clinicalnursing and/or clinical education.
- Have strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, Strengthened Aged CareQuality Standards and aged care compliance requirements.
Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be willing to obtainone). - Be passionate about improving resident outcomes through quality care andworkforce development.
- Be confident facilitating engaging learning experiences for diverse audiencesand learning styles.
- Have experience identifying capability gaps, delivering education andevaluating learning outcomes.
- Be comfortable analysing data, identifying trends and turning insights intomeaningful actions.
- Be a natural collaborator who builds trust, develops relationships andinfluences positive change.
- Be organised, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement andexcellence.
- Demonstrate kindness, integrity and a genuine commitment to supporting othersto succeed.
