Job summary

Fresh Hope Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the leadership team as Quality and Education Lead in Pendle Hill, NSW. You will strengthen quality, compliance, education and workforce capability across the Home, partnering with clinical and residential care teams to drive resident-focused outcomes.

You will coordinate audits, deliver mandatory education, analyze data for improvements and coach leaders to sustain high standards in care delivery, governance and patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in aged care clinical nursing and/or clinical education.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Act 2024 and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead audits, compliance reviews and quality assurance activities across the Home.
• Coordinate and deliver orientation, mandatory learning and clinical education programs.
• Identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities from data and feedback.
• Coach leaders and teams to reinforce learning and promote best practice.
• Prepare reports and maintain records on education, quality and improvement.
