Norco is seeking a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to support the Animal Nutrition & Commodities business units at the Toowoomba site. The role coordinates quality assurance, compliance systems and operational administration across feed mills, reporting to the Business Manager.
You will assist with audits, Chain of Responsibility and National Heavy Vehicle Law requirements, develop and maintain policies and training materials, and provide broader administrative support across the mills.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Quality & Compliance Coordinator to support our Animal Nutrition & Commodities business units. This is a permanent, full-time role, based at our Toowoomba site.
Reporting to the Business Manager - Animal Nutrition and Commodities, and working closely with our Feed Mill Site Managers and operational teams, this is a varied role coordinating quality assurance, compliance systems and operational administration across the feed mills.
The role will support quality and certification requirements, audits, Chain of Responsibility and heavy vehicle compliance, policies and procedures, training and induction materials, while also providing broader administrative and operational support across the feed mills and Animal Nutrition & Commodities function.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a strong eye for detail and takes ownership of ensuring systems, documentation and processes are accurate, current and well managed.
