Job summary

Ark Care Partners provides trusted in-home care to older people and those living with disability. We have been operating since 2013 in the Gippsland South and West Region and are expanding into South East Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Certified: minimum Certificate III in IS or related nursing qualification.
• Flexible: able to work day and/or night shifts.
• Passion-driven: committed to providing essential support to vulnerable community members.
• Proactive: enjoy meeting new people and a diverse workday.
• Experienced: hands-on experience with assistive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (showering, dressing, grooming).

Qualified Support Workers - South Gippsland Shire & Dalyston

We're seeking experienced and qualified Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home support across the Bass Coast and South Gippsland Shire Region.

Qualified Female and Male Support Workers (Short Shifts)

Qualified Young Female Support Worker (Monday to Wednesday 8 AM - 10 AM)

Qualified Female Support Worker

8 hour shifts available (Thursdays - Sundays 8 AM to 4 PM, Alternate Saturdays 8 PM to 8 AM, Alternate Sundays 4 PM to 8 PM)

Who You Are

Certified: You hold aminimum of Certificate III in Individual Support / Disability / Aged Care / HACC or a Nursing qualification.

Flexible: You are able to work day and/or night shifts.

Passion-Driven: You are genuinely passionate about providing essential support to vulnerable members of our community.

Proactive: You thrive on challenges, are eager to meet new people, and enjoy a diverse workday.

Experienced: You have hands-on experience working with assistive equipment.

A Day in the Life as a Support Worker

Depending on your experience and the client's needs, you might:
