Job summary

Pearl Home Care Gladstone is seeking passionate Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home aged and disability care across the Gladstone Region.

You will assist with daily activities, personal care, meal preparation, transport to appointments and in-home respite, while upholding safety and dignity in a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aged Care or Disability Sector is desirable.
• Cert III or equivalent, First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling are required.
• Police Clearance, Blue & Yellow Cards, and Drivers Licence are required.
• Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

We are currently seeking Support Workers who are passionate about providing high quality care to our aged care clients across the Gladstone Region.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a Support Worker in the Aged Care and/or Disability Sector is desirable.
• Must have Cert III or equivalent, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Police Clearance, Blue & Yellow Cards, and Drivers Licence.
• Must have own, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• Excellent communication skills in customer service.
• Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing tasks.
• Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
• Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.
