Job summary

Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a qualified Queensland Plumber to join the Water Maintenance team at Charlton Depot, delivering essential water and wastewater services across the region.

The role covers municipal plumbing, drainage and general labouring, with safe site setup and on-call flexibility. You will work outdoors, support apprentices and maintain electronic records. Essential licences include QLD Plumber, MR (or eligible within 3 months) and White Card.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Plumber Licence is required.
• MR licence (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
• White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to complete required certifications and fit-testing within 3 months.

About You

• Qualified Queensland Plumber
• Strong safety focus – "home safe every day"
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights and in confinedspaces
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Willing to obtain required tickets and certifications

You’ll Need

Relevant machinery tickets highly regarded.
